Do you have a returns policy?

Yes we do! See below
We will only accept returns of Aquapure under the following conditions

1. Only full, un-opened and undamaged cases may be returned for credit
2. No more than 30% of cases ordered may be returned for credit.
3. A restocking fee of $2 per case (+GST) shall apply
4. Returns will only be accepted for up to 10 workings days from when
the order is received by the client (Unless by prior arrangement)
5. Returned freight damage is the responsibility of the customer
6. Refunds will be processed within 20 working days
7. All returns are at the sole discretion of Aquapure. It is advisable to request an option to be able to return product at the time of placing your oder.

Where does the water come from?

Aquapure is pure NZ spring water sourced from the pristine Paradise Valley Springs in Rotorua, NZ. It is of the highest quality and is bottled at source by experienced bottling staff in a modern and hygenic plant.

Freight

Please note that freight costs are estimations only. If there is any change to the freight shown on the order form and the amount required then we will contact you prior to dispatch to let you know. Rurual deliveries are likely to have a rural surcharge.
